Downtown Bloomington, IL Police Watch Friends Violate Smoke-Free Illinois Act

A police officer is waved over to two apparent friends who are standing within 15 feet of a bar entrance/exit openly smoking what appears to be cigarettes in clear violation of the Smoke-Free Illinois Act. If they are not enforcing this law, maybe they should make a list of which ones they are enforcing? Just so we’re clear.
