This video present a person which smoked for 5 years in total and managed to stop smoking by using the smokless tobacco – Swedish Snus. The person manage to stop smoking because Snus deliver higher amounts of nicotine than any comparable products, including nicotine gum. It even deliver more than cigarettes. This is the main reason why it is so difficult to stop smoking – the addiction to nicotine, but when you use Snus you will loose the crave for smoking….

I’ve successfully used snus (General white portion) to quit smoking whilst living here in Sweden. Haven’t smoked a single cig since. I feel great. I can smell again, especially when my mates come back into the pub from a fag, which I never noticed when I was a smoker. However, I’ve noticed I do put a lot more salt on my meal at dinner time…

Some of the comments seem to completely misunderstand the way that someone who has become to rely on cigarettes needs a substitute. ~Buying a book or going for a walk will not work for some people but Snus has certainly worked for me, this video describes it well and I reckon the guy is a genuine ex-smoker.
If you want to feel less breathless and less at risk of becoming ill from your habit I would recommend trying Swedish Snus and as some others have mentioned, giveit a fair try – it is worthy
